Brevet fran\u00e7ais d\u00e9pos\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>La probl\u00e9matique : <\/strong>le d\u00e9veloppement des confinements sur les MotorYachts en travaux a fait appara\u00eetre une probl\u00e9matique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation du travail \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un espace confin\u00e9. La CARSAT (anciennement CRAM) a \u00e9t\u00e9 moteur dans la recherche d\u2019une solution adapt\u00e9e. Les points clefs \u00e9taient de pouvoir proposer une mise en \u0153uvre simple pour sa faisabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, permettant d\u2019obtenir de tr\u00e8s bonnes performances de filtration et d\u2019a\u00e9raulique \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du volume confin\u00e9 autour du Yacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution apport\u00e9e\u00a0: <\/strong>un ensemble comportant des machines de soufflage et d\u2019extraction associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des caissons de filtration et des gaines de diffusion extrud\u00e9es en film plastique. Le bon dimensionnement de ce mat\u00e9riel a permis d\u2019obtenir de tr\u00e8s bonne performances au regard de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 de l\u2019installation. En amont de cette \u00e9tape, cette m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce a d\u00fb faire l\u2019objet de travaux de sablage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution apport\u00e9e\u00a0: <\/strong>une enceinte de confinement constitu\u00e9e d\u2019une enveloppe en film thermor\u00e9tractable sur \u00e9chafaudage a \u00e9t\u00e9 assembl\u00e9e. Le toit a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vu sur un syst\u00e8me de sangles amovibles, et deux installations successives de traitement d\u2019air filtr\u00e9 puis contr\u00f4l\u00e9 en temp\u00e9rature ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre. La demande \u00e9tait de proposer une solution temporaire d\u2019assainissement d\u2019air durant ces phases.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution apport\u00e9e\u00a0: <\/strong>pour r\u00e9pondre efficacement, il nous a fallu recr\u00e9er un espace possible \u00e0 ventiler en for\u00e7ant le d\u00e9placement des masses d\u2019air comme souhait\u00e9. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un tunnel (longueur 150m environ) constitu\u00e9 de parois en film thermor\u00e9tractable. Durant les travaux de rev\u00eatement, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place le soufflage \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e, des relais \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques d\u00e9pla\u00e7able avec les travaux (ventilateurs), et extraction d\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 oppos\u00e9e. Un large sas d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 lamelles a permis l\u2019entr\u00e9e et sortie des engins de chantier sans perturber l\u2019installation des flux.
